CDCA designs and conducts various training programs based on the need of the person/organization/institutions. The training programs are skill based, and totally based on participatory approach. We focus a lot on self reflection with the aim of modifying one’s attitude and behavior.

It has provided vocational training to women with disabilities and economically weak such as sewing & cutting training, candle producing training, jewelry (stone-items),doll & knitting of woolen clothes training. The main objective is of these projects is to generate the income of women with disabilities and economically weak & make them self dependent.

2009: Advanced level training of sewing & cutting for 25 women – CDCA Home, Kapan- Kathmandu
2010: Jewelry making, doll making & knitting of woolen clothes training to 20 women – CDCA Home, Kapan- Kathmandu
2012: Basic Level training of sewing & cutting for 24 women – Sishakhola- Okhaldhunga, Nepal
2013: One day long training provided to 10 women on the production of candle, packaging, marketing and selling
2013- 2014: Advanced level training of sewing & cutting for 24 women- Shivapur-Kapilvastu, Nepal
