Funded by international partners including SAMSAL-Korea (which provided continuous support from 2009 to 2024), IOM, and Ptit's Lups De Kathmandu-France, CDCA implemented non-formal education (NFE) projects across the Solukhumbu, Kapilvastu, Kathmandu, and Rasuwa districts. Serving as a vital developmental tool to overcome Nepal's geographic, historical, and economic barriers, these programs delivered comprehensive impacts: bridging literacy and numeracy gaps for marginalized adults and rural women, empowering participants to enhance household decision-making power and reduce dependency, fostering economic self-reliance through integrated vocational training, reaching remote communities via flexible structures, and offering second-chance learning pathways for out-of-school children and dropouts.
